    When do I get the download?

    Is this beginner friendly?

    Yes this guide is for anyone wanting to deepen their relationship with plants, no previous training is required.

    What is the time commitment?

    It is your choice on exactly how much time you dedicate to each plant. Making a daily cup of tea is the most minimal. How many ways you wish to engage with the plant through harvesting, medicine making, plant sits and observations will add to your experience. Doing everything might be about 2-3 hours per week.
