Processing & Arrival Times
Once you place an order I package & ship them within 1-4 business days. As I live in the woods, I do not go to town every day to limit driving. I appreciate your understanding and do aim to get your parcels out asap. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when it ships out. Once in the hands of Canada post the estimated delivery is:
Canada: 2-9 days
US: 5-14 days
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products I do not offer any returns. However, if you have any concerns I am willing to discus a solution with you. In the unlikely event that something breaks during shipping please contact me, with photos, for a replacement.
